commissioner is allowed to use purchased art for any purpose without credit and make non-commercial merchandise (do not resell my art for monetary gain). Do not use my art for AI in any way.

🧷: ⸺ Refund exceptions

After the commissioner approves of any preliminary work, refunds will not be allotted. I take half of payment before I start and the rest after the commission is complete and sent. By commissioning, you agree to these terms and any chargebacks will be contested.

I will not draw any forms of bigotry for bigoted reasons or illegal depictions such as loli. Drawings are done in my own style and skill set. DM me for any questions or concerns before ordering.

Please be as specific as possible when ordering and supply me with any references such as poses, palette, lighting, etc - otherwise I will use creative liberties. Feel free to give me any socials if you would like to be tagged.

Commissioner will receive a fully rendered PNG along with the PSD that features sketches, line art, flats, and anything else. Please supply an email to receive all files in hi-res.

I you are unable to use any of the available payment options, I'm willing to accept forms of payment in digital currency such as Steam, PSN, or Nintendo gift cards.
